Geoff the Rock Troll

Next, we’d like to introduce you to Geoff the Rock Troll!

Geoff is a denizen of The Realm. There are a few tribes of Rock Trolls scattered around The Realm, but Geoff’s dwells amongst the crags that hug close to an ancient and tall redwood forest. We will discuss the various tribes of Rock Troll and indeed Geoff’s tribe more in future blogs, but for today we will focus on one Troll.

On a misty morning, Geoff ventures out of his stoney bed to find a nice mossy log to sit and enjoy a cool mug of chocolate brown mud. After which he spends his time either foraging for fungi, carving sculptures from old fallen branches, or conversing with the gnomes and hobgoblins who also call this forest home. With the mushrooms he finds, he sometimes makes them into jewellery, othertimes he makes soup or edibles from them. One day each week, he sells them at the Greenwood Market. After a day’s trading he meets up with friends to share a hearty meal and strong Mead at The Deranged Apple Tavern. Then off he toddles back home to rest up. He tucks himself into his bed, hoping that tomorrow will be the day he finds that perfect mushroom.

Whilst Geoff my appear grumpy and can indeed at times be grumpy, he is a kind hearted Troll, and would do anything to help his friends.
